Lockport Square, a newly-constructed, high-visibility shopping center surrounded densely by national tenants, will soon be home to Sally Beauty, a prosperous salon products retailer with over 2,000 locations nationwide.
Catering to both consumer and professional customers, every Sally store carries more than 5,000 professional salon products for hair, nails and skin, plus the latest in beauty trends and accessories.
Area co-tenants include: Walmart; Sonic; Jewel-Osco; Chase Bank; Walgreens; McDonald’s and KFC to name a few. Sally Beauty will occupy 1,662 square feet of Lockport Square’s 41,913, which boasts superb exposure, access to I-80 and I-355, and has been a Brookline asset since June, 2014.
Convention Plaza in Tinley Park will now be fully occupied with the new addition of Fratello’s Café signing on for two units totaling 2,740 SF. The established café offers fresh sandwiches and salads, pastas and paninis, imported meats, coffee, beer and wine.
The Brookline team was happy to be back among the over 37,000 attendees and miles of displays at this year’s International Council of Shopping Centers event in Las Vegas: RECon 2017. RECon is the global convention for the shopping center industry and provides networking, deal making and educational opportunities for retail real estate professionals from around the world.
Brookline is delighted to bring Brewpoint Coffee Company to the prominent retail center in Elmhurst, York Center Plaza. Situated on York Road at the I-290 interchange, just north of downtown, the 74,000 SF neighborhood center is at the prime spot for the recent extension of high-end retail on the North York Corridor. With a new Mariano’s, LA Fitness and Starbucks directly across the street, and a new Edward-Elmhurst Health Center under construction, the 23k VPD traffic counts are sure to increase.
