Commercial Broker




The position will be responsible for facilitating and brokering the full realm or real estate transactions, from inception to closing. The candidate will be expected to acquire and represent each or any of the following:  buyers, sellers, building owners and tenants in both the sales and leasing of retail, office, industrial, medical, mixed-use, multi-family, hospitality and land properties throughout the Chicago MSA using Brookline resources as needed. We are a seeking an experienced, motivated self-starter to manage and carry out commercial real estate strategies for our growing brokerage.


Illinois Real Estate Broker license required
Minimum 2 years experience as a commercial real estate broker
4 year degree
Dynamic and energetic – contributes new ideas and a fresh approach to the position
Demonstrated written and oral communication and negotiating skills
Understanding of the industry, sale and lease structures, real estate ethics and legalities
Executive-level presentation – prioritized, professional, polished
