We are pleased to announce that Convention Plaza in Tinley Park is now home to The Open Bottle, a unique and lively craft beer shop concept that allows customers to sample and enjoy different styles and breweries on-site, but also permits purchases to-go.
Connecting such determined and enthusiastic business owners with a space and a community they can thrive in is the foundation of Brookline, and we are proud to have facilitated another successful pairing.
“Our location has been critical to the success of our business since day one. Being so close to the Tinley Park Convention Center, Interstate 80, and so many hotels in the area has helped increase foot traffic to our store. We are proud to be Tinley Park’s best craft beer shop!” - Patrick Bisch, Co-Owner, The Open Bottle
Convention Plaza is another Brookline example of a once-distressed asset now stabilized at 100% occupancy with an excellent mix of strong tenants.

Convention Plaza in Tinley Park will now be fully occupied with the new addition of Fratello’s Café signing on for two units totaling 2,740 SF. The established café offers fresh sandwiches and salads, pastas and paninis, imported meats, coffee, beer and wine.
The Brookline team was happy to be back among the over 37,000 attendees and miles of displays at this year’s International Council of Shopping Centers event in Las Vegas: RECon 2017. RECon is the global convention for the shopping center industry and provides networking, deal making and educational opportunities for retail real estate professionals from around the world.
Brookline is delighted to bring Brewpoint Coffee Company to the prominent retail center in Elmhurst, York Center Plaza. Situated on York Road at the I-290 interchange, just north of downtown, the 74,000 SF neighborhood center is at the prime spot for the recent extension of high-end retail on the North York Corridor. With a new Mariano’s, LA Fitness and Starbucks directly across the street, and a new Edward-Elmhurst Health Center under construction, the 23k VPD traffic counts are sure to increase.
