We’re excited to share that Brookline successfully represented our client in a 1031 exchange purchase for The Market at Crenshaw in Pasadena, Texas! The client also retained us for Property Management for this fully occupied, three-tenant center, further growing our presence in the Texas market.
In the 1031 exchange, our sales team had a small window of opportunity to identify the right fit for our client. We were able to successfully close on a cash-flowing property in a fast-growing market.
