Brookline is pleased to report the signing for Chrysalis Custom Wigs in Elmhurst, IL. The specialty retailer has provided customized wigs for women undergoing cancer treatment in and around Chicago since 2013. They stock an extensive collection of high-quality wigs – both human hair and synthetic hair. They also have skin care products and accessories designed for women undergoing cancer therapy or radiation therapy. The retail space at York Center Plaza will be Chrysalis’ second location.
York Center Plaza is a mixed-use asset in which Brookline exclusively handles the leasing. The new lease strengthens our objective for the plaza as a robust “community center”, with tenants that include a daycare, dental, Goldfish Swim School, Elmhurst Music Academy, Tae Kwon Do, Brewpoint Coffee Company, Evolution Dance and other family-oriented occupants.
