Convention Plaza in Tinley Park will now be fully occupied with the new addition of Fratello’s Café signing on for two units totaling 2,740 SF. The established café offers fresh sandwiches and salads, pastas and paninis, imported meats, coffee, beer and wine.
The Italian Deli and Catering retailer first opened its doors in 1997 in Homewood, IL. “We believe it’s that—our authentic approach to food and business that has fueled Fratello’s for years throughout the Chicagoland area, with several new openings on the horizon.”
Convention Plaza is an ideal location given the high traffic counts at the intersection of Harlem Avenue and 183rd Street, the dense area of quality retailers, and the built-in traffic to and from the Tinley Park Convention Center.
Brookline is pleased to add a successful local retailer to the tenant mix at Convention Plaza as we continue to add value and quality consumer options in the communities we operate.
