Elmhurst, IL congregation Pathway Community Church moved into four contiguous flex-space units totaling 7,400 square feet at York Center Plaza. The group has been gathering at various Elmhurst locations since 2005. The long-term lease at York Center Plaza is Pathway’s first permanent location.
Pathway’s vision is to reach residents of the western suburbs with positive teachings in order to produce more churches and campuses for people to gather, learn and worship.
York Center Plaza is a mixed-use asset in which Brookline exclusively handles the leasing. Home to retail, office and flex tenants alike, Pathway is a mutually ideal fit. The new lease strengthens our objective for the plaza as a robust “community center”, with tenants that include a daycare, dental, Goldfish Swim School, Elmhurst Music Academy, Tae Kwon Do, Brewpoint Coffee Company, Evolution Dance and other family-oriented occupants.
