The Cottage Shoppes of Elmhurst, a Brookline asset on the corner of North Avenue and Route 83, one of the busiest signalized intersections in the country, is gaining a Fortune 500 tenant as State Farm will occupy 1,850 square feet in the east building.
One of the biggest insurance companies in the world, State Farm is an excellent addition to the strong tenant mix at The Cottage Shoppes, which include Xsport Fitness, Sleepy’s Mattresses, and Sarpino’s Pizza, among others.
Headquartered in Illinois, State farm insures more cars and homes than any other insurer in the United States.
