Nationally recognized bank, BMO, has signed a lease for an office/retail space with drive-thru lanes at 450 E Higgins Road in Elk Grove Village, IL.
The Bank formerly known as BMO Harris operates over 600 branches and 1,300 ATMs in nine states. The subsidiary of multinational company Bank of Montreal employs over 14,500 staff in the United States. The 10-year lease is for 3,815 square-feet of retail/office space including covered drive-thru/ATM lanes. Previously occupied by Fifth Third Bank, the unit is well-suited to meet the needs of the new tenant.
450 E Higgins Road is a 12,000-square-foot commercial building in North America’s largest consolidated business park. The brick building, for which Brookline exclusively handles leasing, is prominently located on high-traffic Higgins Road northwest of O’Hare International Airport.
