Quad Cities cookie makers, Cookies & Dreams, has signed a lease for the last available unit at Marketplace at Tinley Park in the South Suburbs. The new addition brings the center to a fully-leased status, with all leases signed long-term.
Cookies & Dreams brings their baking experience from their current shops in Davenport and Bettendorf, Iowa to Tinley Park to join Fry the Coop, Schoop’s, Fat Ricky’s Pizza, and Fajita’s Mexican Restaurant in the retail center at 16703 S Harlem Avenue. As Cookies & Dreams explains it: what started as baked goods the retailer made daily at Baked Beer & Bread Company in Davenport, has now transitioned into a full-time cookie business with a life of its own. The menu features anything-but-basic flavors, as well as seasonal cookies. They offer online ordering, and they ship nationwide!
