Convention Plaza is a newer construction retail center in the Tinley Park Convention Center’s outlots. Blocks from I-80 near Harlem Avenue, the center incurred some vacancies before Brookline was hired for leasing.
Brookline procured three new tenants to bring Convention Plaza to 100% leased, then sold the property within 30 days of putting it on the market.
