Community pharmacy, named Tablets Pharmacy, has signed a lease for the last available unit in the existing building at 96 Point Crossing in Evergreen Park, IL. The new addition brings the first building of the new development to a fully-leased status, with all leases signed long-term. The second building at 96 Point Crossing will begin construction this year.
Tablets is expanding on the success at their family-owned New Lenox location by opening their second location at 9603 S Pulaski Road. The growing retailer joins Dunkin’, Slice Factory Pizza and Smallcakes in the new-construction shopping center just one block south of the busy 95th Street Trade Corridor. Per Tablets’ website, “We provide the highest quality medications in leading-edge packaging technology that ensures accurate, safe and time-saving medication management, superior customer service and lower prices – all with free delivery.”

96 Point Crossing is a retail shopping center in which Brookline exclusively handles the leasing.
