Tinley Park’s Convention Plaza is gaining a strong and expanding international tenant, Submarina.
Founded in 1977 in San Diego, Submarina specializes in unique, California-inspired sub sandwiches. Recently expanding throughout the U.S., and even Guam, Submarina is an excellent addition to the plaza’s tenant mix. The plaza already includes Verizon, Open Bottle, State Farm, Joy Yee South, and Sage Salon.
We’re proud to enjoy another example of a once-distressed asset now stabilized at 100% occupancy with such healthy and diverse tenants.
