Neighborhood legacy tenant Wilma’s Famous B-B-Q will be relocating to Sibley Crossing in Dolton, IL. The restaurant will be making the move from down the road to their new home at 1225 Sibley Boulevard. The addition brings the outlot at Sibley Crossing to a fully-leased status, with all leases signed long-term.
Wilma’s B-B-Q opened years ago on Sibley Boulevard and has drawn hundreds of followers and regular customers, including the village’s Mayor.
Sibley Crossing is a two-building retail shopping center in which Brookline exclusively handles the leasing and property management. Anchored by long-tenured tenant, J-World Beauty Supply, the center is now nearly 100% leased with a diverse tenant mix that benefits from the property’s excellent exposure and close proximity to I-94.
